BREAKING NEWS: Obama Regime Cancels Nuclear Peace Talks

What is Obama and others up to now?

The United States says a conference on banning nuclear weapons in the Middle East will not be held because of current conditions in the region.

The announcement comes amid a flare up in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in Gaza, civil war in Syria and an unsettled political situation in Egypt.

State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said Friday "a deep conceptual gap persists in the region" on how to handle regional security and arms control.

Nuland said the U.S. would not support a conference in which any regional state would be subjected to "pressure or isolation," a reference to U.S. concerns that participants would gang up on Israel.

Iran and Arab states often say Israel's presumed nuclear arsenal poses a threat to Middle East peace and security. Israel and Western powers see Iran as the main nuclear proliferation threat. Tehran denies any atom bomb ambitions.

The meeting was to be held in Finland before the end of the year.

UN Slams Russia on Torture

The U.N. Committee Against Torture has strongly criticized Russia for failing to investigate widespread allegations of torture and intimidation, and reprisals against human rights activists and journalists.

In a report presented Friday at the committee's 49th session in Geneva, a panel of 10 independent experts said they are seeing very few effective investigations that lead to prosecution of perpetrators of torture in Russia.

The committee called on Russia to take immediate and effective measures to prevent all acts of torture and ill-treatment throughout the county and to eliminate the impunity of those allegedly responsible.

The committee also called for the repeal of a new law backed by President Vladimir Putin that expands the definition of treason so broadly that critics say it could be used to call anyone who opposes the government a traitor.

BREAKING NEWS: Egypt Riots & Obama Silent!

Massive widespread Rioting has broken out in Cairo Egypt today protesting the new President of Egypt who turned into a Dictator overnight grabbing Absolute Power. President Barack Obama who continues to aid Egypt with Billions of American Tax Dollars has remained silent and many see this as he is supporting this new Dictatorship. Chants of Death To America and Death To Israel in Arabic are being heard as over 100,000 people with more by the minute are burning and rioting in the streets throwing Molotov Cocktails and more. There is talk that they will attempt to overthrow the regime and even the Muslim Brotherhood Offices have been bombed. Egyptians Protest After President Assumes Sweeping Powers

Egypt's opposition supporters have set fire to Muslim Brotherhood offices in several Egyptian cities, a day after President Mohamed Morsi assumed sweeping new powers.

State media report the Muslim Brotherhood offices were on fire in the Suez Canal cities of Suez, Port Said, and Ismailia.

Demonstrators also gathered in Cairo's Tahrir Square after Friday prayers for protests against the president's decision, which was announced in a decree Thursday, citing a need to “protect the revolution.” Opposition members have called the move illegal.

Opposition leader and Nobel laureate Mohamed ElBaradai, who says Mr. Morsi has declared himself a “new pharaoh,” is expected to attend Friday's protests. The liberal politician and former chief of the U.N. nuclear energy agency says Mr. Morsi has usurped all state powers and warned that there could be dire consequences.

Meanwhile, supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood have gathered outside the presidential palace in Cairo to demonstrate support for the president, who aides say may address the nation later Friday.

The decree also bars Egypt's judiciary from dissolving the upper house of parliament and an assembly drafting a new constitution — two bodies dominated by Mr. Morsi's Islamist allies.

In addition, Mr. Morsi has ordered retrials of former officials who used violence in efforts to suppress last year's popular revolution against longtime president Hosni Mubarak.

Mr. Morsi's supporters say his decree was long overdue.

The president's action comes after he received international praise for mediating a Gaze cease-fire.

Egyptian courts have been examining cases demanding the dissolution of both assemblies. But Mr. Morsi's decree effectively neutralizes the judiciary system in favor of the ruling Muslim Brotherhood.

The announced retrials for those suspected of involvement in the killings of protesters during the 2011 uprising, could include a retrial of former President Hosni Mubarak. The ousted leader was sentenced to life in prison in June for failing to stop the killings. But he avoided convictions on more serious offenses of corruption and ordering the deadly crackdown, angering many Egyptians.

Other Mubarak-era officials and security personnel also have been acquitted on charges of killing protesters, prompting critics to accuse the top government prosecutor of mishandling the cases. In his decree Thursday, Mr. Morsi fired that prosecutor, Abdel-Maguid Mahmoud, a Mubarak appointee who had been in the post for many years. The decree retroactively limited Mahmoud's term to four years, bringing it to an immediate end.

President Morsi had tried to fire Mahmoud last month but was blocked by the courts. He named Talat Abdullah as the government's new general prosecutor.

Multiple bills to repeal ObamaCare have been passed by the House of Representatives only to die a quick death in the Democrat controlled Senate. Since all budget bills originate in the House, it's time to take a different tack by preventing the law harming everyday Americans by defunding it.

The cornerstone of Barack Obama's legacy so far is his Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or as it's better known: ObamaCare. ObamaCare is nothing but a government takeover of the healthcare industry! It takes funding from Medicare, increases taxes, and contains an unconstitutional individual mandate that requires every American to purchase insurance! Not only will this eventually lead to the rationing of healthcare and long waits for routine treatments, it sets a dangerous precedent that could eventually lead to the federal takeover of other large segments of the economy!

Health care accounts for nearly 20% of the US economy and by 2014, the Federal government will have taken over most of the industry when ObamaCare is fully implemented. We see through the tricks of leaving the worst of the legislation to take affect after the 2012 election and we need to stop it before America "has a chance to see what's in it'. We will not only be able to see it, we will feel it in the worst way.
